New #personalbest at 180kg today. The lockout was a bit more of a challenge than normal. The top half of the lift is usually my strongest, so I think I just need a bit more focus next time.

Just leaving Manchester after attending the brilliant #QEDcon conference.

One of the talks was about #HIV. It’s always hard to accept you are failing patients. But we are in the way we isolate patients. And all to often blame the “victim”.
