It actually works?! I’ve had nightmare problems with one drive, and finally disconnected it from all the machines as it’s been taking over things. It’s awful. It stole piles of photo files, overloaded itself, and kept trying to force me to buy cloud space and kept shutting down my Hotmail account.

I finally gave up on the battery operated foaming dispenser as it was a nightmare to get to work properly, and bought a simple one from Lee Valley that doesn’t need batteries nor exact soap to water ratios. Let me know if you want a pic of it.

I’m more than happy to talk sewing anytime, and have a pile of books here that you’re welcome to come over and poke through some time. I already had a fair amount of books, then lucked out with a library from someone who used to be a seamstress.

I definitely have been bitten by the vintage mechanical Bernina bug! Thankfully I have no interest in buying anymore but I am struggling to part with what I have. 🥴

The 530-2 vintage Bernina sewing machine I couldn’t sell (video of running gears). I sent interested buyers away and pulled my own for sale ad. 🥴

I had no idea that ginger blooms! It’s not surprising given that oodles of plants bloom but it’s certainly a happy learning 😊

It’s been another beautiful extended fall morning.

It’s been brutal this year. The mild days are lovely but I’ll be glad when the weather actually changes and leaves my body alone. I’ve been struggling to go on walks let alone a run. 🥴

I wish I had your restraint, and tend to be all or nothing. I ate an entire 6 pack of specialty butter tarts one time in a 6 hour drive home 😳
