Every time SA/CSA is part of current events there is a point where some people show prurient gleefulness in the horrifying details. It’s never matched by same energy to set up and fund services for those who survive these things. It can feel like victims are considered unimportant collateral damage

nhs MH services had nothing similar and definitely not if dx’d autistic, and there’s only so many times I could face disclosing any of it to various staff who then could do nothing and sometimes gave the impression they wished i hadn’t even mentioned it
