Before I go back to working on coms I wanna say something that's been on my mind for a few years now. And this may come off a bit harsh but its just how i feel. I strictly refer to fandom creations as FAN-WORK, FAN-ART, FAN-WRITING or FAN-CREATIONS. I personally believe the switch to calling things fan CONTENT has played a big role in the disconnect between enjoyers of fan-work and those who are making it. I do not spend hours of my free time to making content. I spend hours of my free time making fan-creations and fan-work. I am not a studio making a published story or media. I am one woman making fan-work for that official content. I understand that language changes and that to many the two terms are interchangeable but I personally think it's been a turn for the worse. anyways just wanted to get that off my chest, have a good one o/
