Mhm, it's absolute trash, not to mention the poor home media releases. Only gripe I've had with Kai is that you can't watch it with the original Score it had (unless through certain means) so you have to deal with a poorly placed Kikuchi Score.

Glad more people are getting into Dragon Ball though.

It is mostly just qualms I have, doesn't stop me from entirely hating Dub-only things (like the "Faulconer"/SSJ Score for Z, for example)

Not gonna be one of those Sub elitists lol, preference is preference.

It's cause it's part of "that era" of English localization that gives me the ick, mostly cause of FUNi adding and rewriting stuff, that 'early career' VA quality, somewhat poor translations, etc. Though I do respect the dubs from Kai onward, they've improved alot since then.

Pictured is a screencap from Episode 48 of Seed of Might's Dragon Ball Color Correction, complete with the Japanese Broadcast Audio, so it doesn't sound like it's coming out of a tin can.

In recent times I've just kinda grown a distaste for FUNi's older dubs (OG, Z especially, GT, etc.), kinda have to accept that Toriyama was a weird guy who wrote weird things before changing his writing for the better.
Plus those dope ass insert songs they removed slap too hard (Red Ribbon Army esp)

Blue is such a great character, despite some GLARING problems (looking at you, Obotchaman), but I still love him nonetheless

Know for a fact I'll probably be playing him if he ever comes to Sparking Zero
