If I go through the Mcdonald's drive thru, ask for a drink with no ice, and get light ice, I'd be talking to an employee to make it right. We expect these things from fast food, and it's fast food.

agreed. Concerned about paperwork though. If I have to jump through 17 different hoops just to get an ID, it ain't free, either. In Las Vegas a lot of the homeless there are people who lost their licenses and can't get the stuff to get another in the city/state, the requirements are too restrictive.

Unless they make driver's licenses, state id's, passports, birth certificates, *any* form of identification **FREE**, it's a poll tax & therefore immediately rendered unconstitutional.
