I have a headcanon of her not having many platonic relationships or romantic partners before Gale. Most of them transactional for mutual benefit in some fashion. It does feel fitting since I have her going on a journey of growth. I've gotta write it all down but yeah, these were good!

I remember grabbing the first book when it had just come out and wanted to fight everyone in the bookstore the first few pages were so cute!! I'm glad it got turned into an anime and hope it's as good as the Manga. I enjoyed Say I Love You but the anime is trash in my opinion

Standing to The Emperor's left is a female illithid, who is leaning against the throne and affectionately has one of her tentacles draped over part of The Emperor's armour. She is reaching towards the Intellect Devourer. Behind the throne is a curtain drawn to the left. It's dark green purple and has intricate patterning on it. The curtain in part covers a grey stone wall that dominates the background in the right of the picture.

However, directly in front of this golden light is a transparent sphere, much like a large bubble, in which a humanoid figure is suspended and held captive by pinks bolts of electrical energy that bind the figure's wrists. The bubble is in the gaping mouth of a skull that has rows of pointed teeth.
