I'm sad to see the World Factbook go away. It was a very useful tool. We seem to be entering a dark age.

Where are the elite songwriters under the age of 50? I don't mean popular songwriters that can generate a ton of cash. I'm talking about someone on the Bob Dylan-Leonard Cohen-Joni Mitchell level. Is there anything that can compare to Visions of Johanna, Famous Blue Raincoat, or Both Sides Now?

I listened to the first episode. Excellent! Folk music is history in the purest sense, and this should be in classrooms all over America. As a rudimentary banjo player, knowing the true story behind Swannonoa Tunnel makes it so much more meaningful. Looking forward to the rest of the series.
