We ended up just shoving the doors open. We weren’t even between floors, the doors just weren’t opening. Even if it had fallen, safety breaks would’ve kicked in so no one would’ve died but I’m still glad to have avoided that outcome altogether. We weren’t even at the listed person or weight capacity

Got stuck in an elevator with a dozen plus other people last night :’) we all got out (by ourselves!) and nothing bad happened but oh boy was the building management and security no help at all. /: the elevators at this place are so shit, it literally started bobbing signaling it was gonna drop Dx
