They are definitely not mechanics first like D&D or Pathfinder.

Yes "the conversation" at the table is very important and is what creates the narrative in the end.

If your dungeon basically just is a hole in the ground with grates on top that is the exact word to describe it.

I'd go with let all of them roll and then either choose roll of that with the lowest applicable skill or the roll between highest and lowest roll.

I'd say what all pbta games have in common is the narrative first / narrative pushing mechanics plus mostly player facing dice rolls. Even newer pbta or spin-off pbta games like Brindlewood Bay or Forged in the Dark.

Ganz ohne meine Timeline zu berühren ist diese ambitionierte deutsche trad Game Projekt gestartet und es machen sogar coole Leute mit, die ich kenne. Die Axolotl Kreaturen sind schonmal sympathisch und auch insgesamt finde ich es einen Blick wert.

Meine Frau liest sich gerde durch "Cats the Conspiracy" ein und ich habe auch mal einen Blick reingeworfen. Wunderbares Design, Lore und settings/Abenteuer - aber wie gespielt wird ist quasi wie Brotkrümel im ganzen Buch verteilt 😕 Das macht es echt nervig im Vergleich mit Mausritter oder Ironsworn.

It seems odd that North isn't on top. Maps are normally oriented towards north. Definitely a creative rose with the smithing theme.

Sowohl als auch. Generell bereite ich Sachen seit Jahren mit dem 7-3-1 Prinzip vor. 7 NPCs/Locations/Encounter, jedes kriegt eine Motivation, Herkunft oder Zweck. Dann jeweils 3 sensorische Beschreibungen / Adjektive und 1 Merkmal für die Präsentation am Tisch.

NPCs müssen ihre eigenen Ziele, Motivationen oder Prioritäten haben. Ein Bauer sorgt sich zB. vor allem um sein Vieh, ein Seemann will sein Boot seetüchtig halten etc. Dies sind keine Drachenjäger - das Verhalten oder die Aktionen der NPCs müssen plausibel sein.

Wie du sagst - die Idee bzw. das Prinzip, dass sich mehrere Caster zusammentun können ist gut, aber die Kosten dafür und die Wirkungen sind extrem unbalanciert. Die Schere zwischen Kämpfern und Zaubernden ist ohnehin schon riesig.

Zum präzisieren - gibt es nicht auf Deutsch. Auf Englisch schon.

Da ich kein Fan von DSA bin, verstehe ich dass es für Dragonbane gemacht wurde. Ein Spiel das derzeit momentan mehr Aufmerksamkeit genießt und dessen Starter-Box auf Deutsch ein sehr guter Einstieg in die PnP Welt bietet.

Es "droht" nicht die Abschaffung, es wird einfach nicht mehr im linearen Fernsehen ausgestrahlt. Verständlich, denn das nutzen vor allem Senioren oder betagte Personen. Non-lineares Feensehangebot ist bei uns zumindest die Norm.
