I heard that this actually happens in Japan. There are the elderly with no family to take care of them, so they resort to acts like shoplifting.

AI does not deserve to be everywhere where it doesn't need to practically be. At this point, Big Tech is pushing it just because they want to make AI an "indispensable" part of their business model.

This fear is holding back Americans to a degree that no one would think is possible.

If we got rid of the billionaires:
1. Wars would stop.
2. Monopolies would fall.
3. Working people would get a huge benefit in return for taxes we pay.
4. Wages would go up and prices would come down.
5. Rights and legal protections would be upheld.
6. Nobody would be above the law.

How I made it:
- took the original artwork's layers, but rendered the character as one layer
- opened the layers in GIMP
- changed the orange background to dark blue for theming
- changed the color profile to the IBM CGA colors, with no dithering

In my opinion, "AI slop" and "prolefeed" have the same meaning. There are people out there unable to tell if something is AI-generated. Even worse, some place it in front of their kids' eyes! Orwell was a real prophet, and it shows.

Arguably the worst part about AI slop is... Orwell predicted it. He didn't call it "AI slop", but instead "prolefeed", originally meaning "trashy content made by the Party for the masses". The definition of "AI slop" seems to overlap with that of "prolefeed"...to a scary degree.
