🏠 Greater Cleveland Habitat for Humanity built 400 energy-efficient homes! These ENERGY STAR certified homes qualify for Cleveland's 15-year tax abatement program, giving new homeowners lower utility bills, zero-percent loans, & no taxes for 15 years.

🌵 Phoenix is tackling housing affordability & climate resilience together. Through their Housing Repairs program, one resident saw monthly energy bills drop from $175 to $75. With extreme heat becoming more deadly, these aren't just cost savings—they're lifesaving.
