Dear GPs, fatigue in #MultipleSclerosis cannot be helped by exercise and whey powder. If I "push myself" as you suggested then I end up paying for it later. So no, I won't, I'll just do what my body says is enough. Feeling silly cos I already fuckin knew that 🙄
