Been in my apartment for 2.5 years and my landlord just raised the rent for the first time. Living in a rent-controlled area is amazing because literally, he has to provide the details of increase on a city-provided form. My rent can only go up 2.25%, so that's nice.

He had kissing in his contract. Sex scenes don’t have to be kissing. If he was fired, it wasn’t in his contract.

Exactly! Like, it’s totally okay that he doesn’t want to kiss people that aren’t his wife. A LOT of people would struggle with acting if they had to do that. As a result, a lot of people aren’t actors or understand that they have limited roles they can take.

Not just that! He’s complaining that once cast in a show, he was fired for not doing a sex scene — and while he said he worked kissing into his contract (crazy that they’d even allow that), he was otherwise contractually obligated to perform the role as written and refused to. That’s on him.
