I'm not sure what cables are bundled with PS5 but I think you'll be fine. Resolution doesn't go beyond 4K, obviously, and frame rate is typically 24fps. There are no more than 2 discs with 60fps, I believe. Additionally, video on UHD BD uses chroma subsampling. It's not 4:4:4 but 4:2:0, I believe.
