Really is. It’s quite Civic like. Mine would refuse 3rd-2nd at high revs but a small linkage adjustment and it was perfect. Jon Seal has a yellow mid-life S3 (single speakers) that looks good value. They’ll never lose money at all. Same for an Exige.

It’s good but a heart stopper when you’re trying to sort parking change above it and a 20p gets a little frisky.

S3 as a total car and the Toyota engine in the final revision are peak Elise. It’s a better car that the S1 for me in all but sound. If the S1 has some 10s (feel, chassis) and some 4s (finish, factory gear change), the S3 is a 9 to 10 across the board. I’d have mine back tomorrow if I could.

We had a lockdown practice today. Hopefully yours was similarly undramatic.
