What an indictment of a nation. The most powerful nation in the world. When we think of character we can look to a nation where vampire capitalism comes before education, health care, equality, women’s rights over their own bodies, the environment, morality and ask ourselves about character.

If you are referring to Kennedy all those suntans and swimming in toxic rivers plus the brainworm haven't done him any favors.

I sometimes look at the news (PBS) like today, but rarely do nowadays. Keeping my sanity and working on my stress are more and more important as I age. That being said I have too put more effort in creating my own life instead of seeing all this crazy stuff on the internet most days.

I'm almost at a complete loss. The absurdity of this idiocy is just nuts. I'm now honestly not sure where America goes from here. Meanwhile, Canada is stronger and diversifying as fast as we can. It's sadly a divorce and we are not alone. Hope you are managing through this storm Gary. Cheers to you.

What is it in the American character that would have them elect such a stupid man to then appoint such as stupid cabinet... twice? Unfortunately Americans are so myopic that they have no idea or care about the consequences that fall on the rest of the planet. Mindboggling.

As a Fever fan I want to believe this, but, not convinced yet. If CC can come back healthy and the team can ajust to her pace I say yes, but they haven't proven to me that they can under coach White and I'm still not comfortable with what she wants out of Caitlin. Still, "showtime" is almost back.

Reminds me of my son who in high school worked for Tim Hortons in Canada at the drive through cash. I was so proud of him. Just a young kid they gave him the key to open up to start the day at 5:00 am. It was a great learning experience. Now at 30 he's doing very well indeed. Good for your boy.

Happy for you that you saw the game live. I'd love to do just that. I'd say maybe next year if they come to Toronto, but being Toronto it will be sold out and scalper's tickets will be in the thousands.
