I work for a federally funded contractor who folded and moved to Return to Office (minimum of 3 days/wk). Whether or not it is hostile/anti-worker is debatable, what is clear to me is that post-pandemic in-office work and collaboration doesn't closely resemble the way we worked pre-pandemic.
