When Trig was a soldier he hated it. He lived in a castle and had no friends. He tried to help people and things went wrong. He got labeled as stupid.

Trig feels the same, except if he had his way he would be giving everyone his money because he feels bad.

I don’t ever use the word sweetheart, but how about just “love”?

Crossing over between real life and fetlife Do you ever find yourself thinking about this? I mean, yes, of course many of you do this already: open the door between your fetlife self and your everyday self. And that's wonderful! I'm speaking instead to those who, like myself, keep that barrier up, for reasons of discretion. But I think about what it would be like to break down that wall, just once, to let my friends and family into my alternate world. It would be liberating! But, scary at the same time. What do you think? Or, have you taken that leap, and opened up the door? I really want to know.

Between the first and second book Raven and Trig are living together in their own little cottage.
Most nights are spent under candle light and near a fire.
Trig tries hard to do special things for Raven, and Raven tries hard not to burn things when she cooks.
