this series had a huge impact on my art growing up. I don't know if it's obvious or not but my style takes some big inspiration from this series 😄

I feel a little silly sharing this, but it's still one of my fave bits of unfinished art.

A song I wrote and recorded a demo for back in 2005.

Guitar + bass performed by me, recorded on a vintage 8 track analogue mixer, using a pedal filter.
Drums are a loop sample added in post.

This week I welcomed my husband into Canada and got him situated into our new apartment. We couldn't have timed his arrival better, as the cherry blossoms are blooming!

As much as I'm appreciative of having a survival job that pays decently, I really hope the animation industry figures itself out to have jobs again. Absolutely exhausted in talking over the phone nonstop for 8 hours a day
