Essssam - Wishlist Bit ESC

The big one is the Godot editor itself for level design with a simple exporter script. Along with that a tool to create sprite fonts from ttfs, another for dialogue with a super simple implementation of yarn spinner and a very sloppy tool for sprite animations.

Bit ESC is a solo-dev project built on a custom engine. These are the tools that I used:

Making a game where you jump into other games was a terrible idea scope-wise. You actually kinda of need to make the games you jump into too complete with their own mechanics, art, audio, etc.

You know what? Creating a custom engine ⚙️ for Bit ESC wasn't really that hard. It was actually one of the funner parts of developing the game (surprisingly!!!).
