...but my team is also overstretched, under-resourced and our leadership is basically middle age crisis "techbros".

i work in an adjacent space in tech, and am interested in what the actual plans look like (if any).
i found the language in the platform encouraging, and carefully chosen. there are realistic ways to ease the intense demands of public service, but it cannot be rushed or based on hype.

honestly, they'd make better progress if they let go of oil and embraced sustainable tech.
our old people ate too much lead. they're not able to adapt, anymore, and that's a key value to a functional democracy.
