Even creative writing outputs would require an informed editing, each model I’ve tried still gets hooked on certain names or phrases. And that’s what I would consider the slowest ball you could throw because it’s free to hallucinate. It also won’t provide sources for concepts when writing fiction.

06.08.2025 04:11 — 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0I didn’t perceive it that way, if only because the game felt linear and more mechanically compatible as an action-adventure or puzzle platformer. It’s like the difference between Ocarina of Time and Breath of the Wild. Both have a world that is “open”, but BotW is unquestionably an Open-World Game.

I saw one in an art museum! They’re not *too* expensive, but definitely a splurge. The Panasonic/Muji SL-PH7 is also rad. The same designer of the wall-mounted CD player, Naoto Fukasawa, also worked under the brand Plus Minus Zero. They even made a sort of cool minimalist, single-slice toaster.
06.08.2025 01:55 — 👍 4 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0This is rad. The default animations are also fairly tasteful. Great for rapid prototyping. Open-source is the best! ✨
06.08.2025 00:52 — 👍 16 🔁 4 💬 0 📌 0Yeah, always what prevented me from beating them — they are incredibly traditional JRPGs in that sense. The combo Mother 1 + 2 released on GBA actually increased them further to Pokémon’s encounter rates, just *everywhere*, which is wild to me.
06.08.2025 00:44 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0The thing they don’t tell you about Mother 1 & 2 is that the random encounters rates are ridiculous and borderline punishing. You kind of play it in spite of itself. Luckily, there are ROM hacks nowadays that make the games more forgiving.

I love the way these trees are art-ed for Mother 3. They layer well together and have a lot of individual identity alongside tastefully outlined details and shading.

05.08.2025 04:25 — 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0There's a part in the demo for this game where a dying soldier tells you, "I was a boxer, semi-pro." and the delivery of that line was so bad I still remember it to this day.

My mind went to Silent Hill (2006)’s ending, but I doubt it was the film you’re thinking.
