It's the smallest number that's the sum of two non-zero square numbers in two distinct ways (1²+7² and 5²+5²).
It's a Stirling number of the first kind, but I'm too tired to figure that one out now.

He's loosely based on Sakamoto from Sakamoto Days on Netflix (thus the color scheme). Old, overweight former assassin who finds himself pulled out of retirement. He owns a noodle shop in his downtime, but may just have more than noodles on his mind. ;)
