Unfortunately, that all changed around March of this year as an anonymous person (and a personal friend of mine) let me know about a particular incident after the 1st PRFGC meetup at DMK of the year where he infringed in their and a friend's personal space in a car. I was shocked that he even did this to begin with but what's worse was the revelation that he had a notable history of coercion, harassment, and breaches of personal spaces to both women and fem presenting folk for the past few years, even despite call for him to get his act together. It is because of this that me, Jan and Ultrayoshi has decided to permanently ban him from not only this server/events but also other spaces like ACP & The Fraud Krew once i let the mods from those other servers know about him as well. However, the reason why we didn't really announce it publicly back then was because of the victim's wishes to make this incident secret from the public at that time while also an internal investigation by the PRFGC was being made into Kuma. Ultimately, while he was banned from our online events, he was only given an initial 1 month ban as well as a probation period from offline events in Puerto Rico events (Keep in mind that most of these offline events aren't completely hosted by me and so i didn't have any final say in this department). What that meant was that he was still allowed to not only participate but also help assist in my offline brackets including the Mystery br…

This is…. quite bad, and just straight up makes me question the ability of IFPA to actually put their money where their mouth is in terms of inclusion statements.
