I made the Cheddar Herb Buttermilk Scones last weekend, and now I know what to make this weekend. 🤣 One tip I find helpful is putting both the butter and the hand grater in the freezer for a while. That way, I'm not making a melty butter mess when grating.

So creamy! I'm glad I didn't add much more sage. It would have overwhelmed the other flavors, but it was really good.

I made this tonight, and OMG! So much yum. I love the rosemary, and this is the first time I've cooked with butter beans (canned). I'm now a fan. 😃 The only changes I made were using chicken broth and adding a couple of leaves of sage.

Thanks for the recap of your year. It reminded me of several recipes I want to try. 😁 One of my favorite pieces you wrote about was the quilt show. 🪡🎨

I was going to use beans but didn't have enough. 😄 I thought about using pennies, but that seemed a little... eww. 🫤

Perfectly baked pumpkin pie cooling on a rack. Looks good enough to eat. 😆

It was a successful outcome for my substitute pie weights using a Pyrex bowl with some water. 🥳
The pie crust did stick to the foil a little bit when I pulled it off, so next time, I'll spritz it with some cooking oil spray.
