Tammy: NO TIME TO EXPLAIN! Panel 3 Tammy and Charlie are staring at their son, Bolero, while he sleeps peacefully. Panel 4 Tammy and Charlie begin to feel emotional over their admiration of their child. Charlie: He's wonderful. Tammy: And perfect. Bolero opens his eyes and wonders why this has to happen so frequently.

Panel 2 Penelope runs into Liam and his Mother. The two cheerfully greet each other. Fern: Penelope! It's good to see you. Penelope: We need to catch up! I've been so busy. Fern: You do so much. You're a great mother. Panel 3 Penelope is in her car and on her way to work. Her mind wanders to all she has to do and all she's been doing. Penelope: I'm getting it all done! I'm keeping the girls fed, clothed, and happy. All on my own. Panel 4 Penelope deflates a little at this thought. Exhaustion catches up with her. She's taking care of a lot and it's leaving her tired. Penelope: I don't know how long I can keep this up.

Panel 1 An energetic Gustopher approaches Douglas. Gustopher: DOUGLAS! We're playing tag! Wanna play? Douglas: No, that's a childish game. Panel 2 Gustopher proceeds to play tag with his friends. He's currently chasing after Olivia and the two look like they haven't a care in the world. Douglas sits on a bench, staring intensely at the other children playing and thinking to himself. Douglas: They look so silly. Running all over. Panel 3 Now Gustopher is being chased by Hannah. She wasn't actually playing, Gustopher brushed against her while pursuing someone else and she instantly recognized this as designating her as being "it". Now Gustopher can only flee in terror with the recognition that Hannah will not be stopped and his being tagged isn't a matter of if, but when. Oh, and Douglas is still on the bench thinking to himself. Douglas: So immature. Screaming. Laughing. Acting like little kids. Panel 4 The focus is on Douglas. He starts fidgeting a little and looks away from the others and thinks. Douglas: I wish I said yes.
