Sorry, I've never tried to use it for routing - I just use the "OsmAnd" app on my phone and use it to find the nearest bike route here and then follow the signs lol.

I love cheese. Costco is the only place I feel it's still remotely affordable - but you get so much you need a plan. I'm also lamenting $4.50 for a litre of chocolate milk next door at Save-On.

I haven't had the tachycardia in 2 years now. I still avoid max-HR tho. It's taken me that long to even be comfortable edging my HR back up. I'm still high some days and low others. Currently suspect cerebral venous outflow stenosis due to my neck (swollen disaster). Would love a competent GP.

My GP did nothing until I got exercise induced sinus tachycardia (Max HR is 176, but spiked to 230) and then referred me to a cardiologist who said I'm fine after the Holter monitor showed no arrhythmia ("HR rising w exercise is normal"). Now I mostly just give up. Maybe I'll keel over someday.

Ahhhhh, yeah, this is suspiciously similar to my last 5 years of LC too.
