I don't get it either. We've lost family and friends to this cult. I'm just riding with history and hope at this point. History, in that people have always risen up when they realize they've been conned, and hope... that we'll one day get our friends and family back.

True... it is a cult after all. But if history is a lesson, there will be a turning point. It will likely have to get quite bad before it gets to that point... but it will happen. (Hopefully we are all still here to see it.)

I agree, but that is in the context of today. My context is months from now. Look at farmers right now who are losing everything. When someone loses everything, they're willing to risk anything. It doesn't need to turn the entire MAGA base, but headlines can be made from just a few.

I definitely agree with you for this instance. What I'm suggesting is that they are not prepared for what will come when MAGA realizes they've been lied to, they've lost their jobs, their home, their healthcare, everything. In that scenario, MAGA leadership needs to be very afraid of their own.

People who have spent years inciting violence are now using an incident of violence against their own to incite more violence.
