Maybe controversial, but Zidane.
He's outwardly hitting on everyone. But he's always putting his heart out and never stifling how he feels about any particular situation.
He helps people simply because he can.

Silver Surfer suffered from not having enough screen time due to... well, Galactus being too much of a focus, but the threads that were there made me very interested in more.
Being able to really explore that would've been more fun. And the action scenes with her were so good, I wanted more.
Just as a thought experiment...
If I were writing this, I would've focused on Silver Surfer as the villain and led to a drawn-out introduction to Galactus.
Silver Surfer prepares the planet for Galactus.
I would've ended the movie on a moment very similar to Reed's "I don't know." Line.
It's clear he'll return, but we can't make massive multi-arc spanning villains be bested in their first appearance. It doesn't work for me. It didn't happen to Thanos, which is why he worked.
Overall, I felt it was on par with the original Captain America.
So for me, 7.5/10
However, it suffers from the classic Marvel 3rd act problem. While the personal B-plots were engaging, I felt it also needed a larger B-plot to bring us worldbuilding.
I also feel Galactus is too big, too universally devastating for how he was used, and I found him insanely underwhelming.
2/3
I just got out of Fantastic Four (finally).
Casting is all super on point. They *finally* made a movie that understands who the Fantastic Four are, and wasted no time getting you to buy in.
Silver Surfer is cool as fuck.
The movie has a ton of style with some incredible cinematography.

Nice. I'm literally waiting in the theatre about to see FF haha.
08.08.2025 23:04 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0It's not like they're looking to compromise. They're villainous monsters. I feel anyone looking to compromise with Republicans in 2025 is complicit and just wants in on the action, and needs to be removed from any political running.
08.08.2025 20:23 โ ๐ 8 ๐ 1 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0It's not just you. If I wrote something like this years ago, it would've been slammed for being unbelievable. It's continually unbelievable.
It's very hard to even parody anything right now.
It's maybe a matter of perspective I guess. The whole first half of the game builds to a cinematic showdown. Who then escapes and becomes an informant FOR the queen, and only until you understand his motivations do things shift to Zeal.
08.08.2025 18:10 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0Mmmm. I disagree about risks. Having the main protagonist straight up die... and the game be completable without him being revived, is a pretty huge risk.
As is having the ability to recruit and redeem the biggest villain in the game.
Things like being able to fail to save Lucca's mom, etc.
You, like, don't post on Bluesky. Why are you talking about this? Go away if you don't think it's worth your time. You'll find no one cares.
07.08.2025 22:02 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0I think what bothers me the most about people today is they can never stand 10 toes down ALONE. Stop trying to recruit people to feel the same way you do. If you not fucking with Bluesky. Leave. No one will miss you. Stop trying to convert everyone into your way of thinking cause you not confident

It's not a problem for users; we aren't shareholders (cause there aren't shareholders).

This particular kind of analysis is everything wrong with the world today.
I feel like Nirvana is also painted as an accident or a somehow unrefined success.
No, all of it was calculated. Cobain was meticulous.
These guys are ALL about appearances. He's a toddler playing army men with actual humans.
"Hey guys, WAR SOUNDS COOLER RIGHT!? Right? right...?"
War is not cool. War is not something to joke about.
It'd be funny if they released this today.

For fuck's sake, even the Nintendo Switch, an 8-year-old console, just had a PRICE HIKE in the US. That's never happened before.
I reject your films as something I will watch.

Please, people, think before responding.
Yes, the Republicans here are absolute hypocrites on this. They will cry foul to protect corruption, then go commit openly corrupt acts and larp as diplomats.
Live. Don't serve.
06.08.2025 22:26 โ ๐ 0 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0This is beyond absurd. These are the same people who cry witch hunt when any criticism of any sketchy Republican action is levied.
They're not even presenting any evidence. Meanwhile, the things they cry about were all thoroughly investigated or tried in court.
They are caricatures.
Reminder that OpenAI is called OpenAI because it was never supposed to be a for-profit venture. They've slowly chipped away at the "Open" part of OpenAI and will not stop until they have access to all data globally.
Make no mistake, you don't want government employees using OpenAI products.
There are so few bad Metroid games, you basically can't go wrong... unless it's Other M.

Why do you think that's a factor anymore? Literally no one is going to prosecute them. Law is completely gone in the US. I hope y'all soon realize that.
I actually started watching Twisted Metal last night, and it's SURPRISINGLY entertaining. John Doe is also just the perfect foil for a main protagonist. Equal parts capable and naive. It reminds me a lot of the Fallout show in that way.
