I miss what social media used to be.

I get the need to be caught up with current affairs and social issues but I wish there was at least one micro blogging platform where I didn’t have to encounter the worst of humanity or people going on incessantly about the worst of humanity.

You as a single individual DO NOT have to "keep up" with ALL of the information of every single thing happening across the entire world daily. You don't because it's impossible. Focus on a couple of things and act on those things. Don't feel ashamed that you are doing that.
