My cousin just had one removed in November. Hers was 14 cm/2 pounds. She says 10 cm is considered problematic, and hers was unbearable pain, so yours must be excruciating. She ended up having her right ovary and fallopian tube removed. I can give you her surgeon’s info if you want.
