"Rhys Darby and the Time Machine is Rhys" second solo show for the TV2 International Laugh! Festival and will this year mark his foray into theatre. Rhys branched out in Laugh! '99 with his first solo show "Let's Get Physical!". This showcased his unique physical ability as a comedian by combining his seemingly elastic vocal cords and unbounded energy to create an act unlike any other. After his gala performance in Wellington he was quoted as: "A master story teller adept at physical comedy" by The Dominion.
