I mean you could use all the ingredients for one dish, but this looks like 2 dishes to me.

Do a curry with tomato and apples and some of the basil (and of course additional spices and coconut milk) + Strawberries/milk/sugar for desert.

Alternative: pesto for noodles + two sided fruit salad
