Well, from my perspective we’re seeing that taught less & less. Schools don’t all teach that lesson, and not all teachers either. Cartoons do, but now we keep them all behind a paywall & put educational restrictions anything on broadcast tv (except for adult themed cartoons, like Simpsons/FG).

You also might offer up commissions. Not that you’d be by any means cheap. I’d expect you’d have a base rate, then upscale it depending on what materials you’d need to acquire. It might not bring in anything steady, and might ultimately not be feasible, but it’s at least something to consider

Maybe approach actual toy companies? Seeing as that’s the focus of your work, maybe they might be able to pay you for it?

Eh, they tried to shove NFTs down our throats, now they’re barely a blip. I expect the AI craze will eventually not be quite as overdone in the future.
