Just got back from watching Sonic Movie 3, whilst I have some issues.

It is absolutely the best in the trilogy and the ending wasn't what I expected but I loved it!

It's meant to look like that though. It's how the mask looked like in the NES game. No decals, just purely neon blue/green/aqua/whatever this color's supposed to be.
