A lot of praise for Complete Unknown at the moment. But let’s all take a second to acknowledge that Joan Baez has an instagram and may have personally made these highlights

DOGE is nothing more than two billionaires cosplaying as government officials. I’m all for making government for efficient, but these guys just want to slash resources for agencies that help working people.

Gun violence is so pervasive in our country that even the wealthiest and most privileged CEOs aren’t protected. When high profile figures are shot in broad daylight, this should shine a light on the 117 other Americans who die from this public health crisis everyday.

It’s no secret, there are big economic and safety problems in our country. But we all lose, when the most vulnerable populations are blamed for the issues created by those in power to get richer. Don’t buy into the lie the people who just want to get richer are trying to sell you

This is a distraction from the fact that these politicians would rather accept campaign donations from the gun industry that profit from unsafe gun sales, than turn down the cash and do the work make schools and communities safer.

This is a distraction from the fact that these politicians would rather accept campaign donations from companies that profit from expensive education, than turn down the cash and do the work make college more affordable.

When middle class families can only afford to send their daughter to college on a soccer scholarship, it’s easier for politicians to tell parents to blame trans kids who want to play sports (like any other kid) for the reason their kid didn’t get a scholarship and can’t go to college w/out loans

In the richest country in the world, children’s safety and future are not invested in.

It’s a lot easier for politicians to blame the most vulnerable people, than stop taking checks from the businesses that that profit from the status quo & actually fix these big problems

Children are struggling bc parents work hard & still can’t afford to live in a good school district

bc college is unaffordable even for the middle class

bc students get shot at school

Kids aren’t unsafe bc all kids want to use the bathroom of the gender they identify with

Trans people, the ppl who love them, & the ppl that believe in the humanity of all — live in SC, in red states, in the south, & across the country. All these ppl want a government that can deliver for their families & businesses. Nancy Mace is wrong, hateful, & also just not that smart.
