I think coworker will be happier somewhere else at least but Jesus Christ. The timing and framework for it was fucken awful and no one on the team liked it at all. not to mention how the director handled telling the news was stupid as hell.

my good coworker got walked out today because the director had some weird agenda against him and said coworker has no recourse to fight it with (the director didn't have a leg to really stand with his supposed "reasons" on but yay ✨right to work✨ states :)) and euhg it's been a day

Yupp. And it's even worse in field op content like FT cuz you're juggling 30-48 people & 6 party layouts based on not only main jobs but phantom jobs, and some people don't have many ph jobs leveled, so you have to do mental gymnastics to figure out who can flex where and it seems ✨exciting✨

it is tbhh. I think I honestly pavlov'd myself into calling things by playing a very easy healer that leaves my brain looking at the field/boss/etc a touch too closely lmao

one of my life "goals" is to be a raid lead tbh. even if it scares me!! I rly wanna push myself though because I DO have an inclination for it. I'm constantly doing calls for my fiance in just about any complicated content already to let him greed uptime. I'm just crippled by performance anxiety orz
