how to determine things to make flash of when the only thing I've been thinking about for the past 6 months is *redacted fictional character* instead of art or themes or anything

sometimes. it's easier to just use having an autoimmune disorder as an excuse for why I've been a ghost at the shop instead of going "yeah my life disintegrated and I stopped exsisting for a little while and the other 2 guys don't prioritize this place at all" and instead I can be like "I wuz sick"
