Simply Plural is a great resource! We do use it for lists and have friends added but consistently logging who's fronting is another matter...

oh yeah i don't think any of us are journalling perfectly haha-
i think that's why our current setup is working well for us,
a journal with daily entries by the ANPs with surface level stuff, and a separate one for the big feels tm that isn't dated.

internal communication is always easier though!!

we also make use of simply plural and notion for listing, mapping and organising.

household chores/calendar is even more complicated haha.

journalling, planning & logging are interests of a lot of us and when we disagree on how we should do it we end up with two doing the same thing...

ours is overly complex - we have four physical journals, one for daily writings and pixel, and then three with no time pressure but for "overflow": one for intense feelings, one for happy memories to look back on, & one for plans/to dos.

but my friends are all singlets, gay as they may be
and they're excellent listeners

but it's still so lovely to find systems to befriend again

inversely, we are actually very open about our system in real life - all of my friends, my partner and some of my medical professionals know and have for years.

i am super lucky to have lots of friends that love us wholly and separately, and understand and support us truly

I couldn't find a starter pack but if you search through the #pluralsky feed and the people who have liked it there are lots of systems to follow! I only joined yesterday too, and I've found it very welcoming so far. I haven't had system community in quite a few years.

i think it's considered old school terminology since the "plural" label became more popular but-
endo is short for endogenic, a label meaning a system wasn't "made" by trauma. the whole history and politics surrounding them is complex, but we are radinclus on all counts - people know themselves!

i'm trying to follow all the systems i can find but if someone is kind enough to point me in the direction of the right feeds or hashtags or starter packs or whatever that would really help me out
