Fascist regionalism is part of old Nazi policy in the Nordic/Scandinavian region. Quisling and other Nazi collaborators worked to increase cooperation in the region, but failed due to internal dissent.

Unser neues Heft #racism and #antiracism ist da!
Das Themenheft hinterfragt tief verwurzelte Vorstellungen von einem „nicht-rassifizierten“ Europa, die in Reaktion auf die rassistischen Verbrechen des europäischen Kolonialismus und Nationalsozialismus entstanden.

Fascist internationalism, marked by contradictions and an Italo-German rivalry, emerged in the 1930s as a counter-reaction to liberal and communist internationalism.

One main argument: "Recurring to the concept of fascism and finding comfort in a nostalgic rebooting of the grand struggles of the past is arguably ill-suited as a strategy in the face of what is a “darkness” of a different kind", meaning a postmodern era of "post-truth" in the 21st century
