I have only done GEORGE-prov 6 times -- 4x at the Edinburgh Festival, once at SF Sketchfest, once at The Elysian in L.A; I decided that I didn't need *another* show where I sprayed up as George Lucas, so I adapted the format into what is now CONNOR RATLIFF presents THE ACTING CLASS.

This is a clip from "GEORGE-prov" at SF Sketchfest 2 years ago. The concept of this show was that I was a digital interactive hologram ("ABBAtar" IYKYK) of Retired Filmmaker George Lucas, based on George having spent a week on a motion capture stage doing "all the improv moves."

Also, most people don't care about most great works of art of any kind, and a lot of terrible stuff is hugely popular, so this is really just a new wrinkle that is extra depressing because it is soulless, expensive and environmentally catastrophic.

It could be that he has a few boxes of these OR that he pulled the original listing of 10 copies once 5 sold in less than a day, figuring he could sell more of them.

The current price is high BUT I think this is still a rare thing (for Hanks completists and/or hardcore Dead Eyes fans)

5 more copies of the non-bootleg, region-free South Korean DVD of Tom Hanks' Electric City have popped up on eBay.

I think the seller was surprised how quickly his original listing sold and he has raised the price.
