I think you might like OUTLAWED for all the of the capital-G GENDER. And also it's surprisingly fun for a book that is truly harrowing. Has sci-fi vibes? But isn't sci-fi.

But BROKEN COUNTRY is like ... maximum angst/longing/self-sacrifice. Atonement-style atoning.

You can ABSOLUTELY come to one of these events to talk comics. We talked She-Hulk and Runaways on my last tour. The themes that I cover in comics tend to overlap with the themes of my books.

I'm also really excited to talk to people about Slow Dance. You don't get to talk about a book until the NEXT tour. I still feel like I haven't gotten to go deep on Cary and Shiloh.

I'm really looking forward to this tour. My last two tours were special in a way that surprised me. They felt like very intense book clubs, where we all came to really DIG IN to the books. The questions were as likely to be about Attachments or Pumpkinheads as one of my more recent books.
