Yes, the proposals seem fine; (on the surface) the key issue will be trust. We do need a controlled budget to fairly deliver what resources are available, which are not unlimited, and SEND shouldn't trump all other education demands. With BP heading it up the trust may be possible; KS, not so much.

O, the "must" comes from the Home Office inventing a requirement. It's nuts, 100%, but not related to Brexit nuttery. It affects even a current UK resident dual citizen, who now can't leave and re-enter without the British passport; even though the entry computer will identify the person as Brit.

What? No, the 'must use your Brit passport' is unrelated to Brexit. It affects people everywhere. Even UK residents.

Argument against: The a 'human' side to justice for these serious offences require hauling criminals to court. The court experience s/b more onerous, not less, and waste the criminals time more, and impress the seriousness of the faults, since Dale's mind didn't obviously take anything in.

This move is a declaration of war on UK-European families like mine and makes joint trips to the UK impossible for the foreseeable future. It was abysmally communicated. The message from this Labour (!) government to the British diaspora: f-off and don’t come back.
