18 months ago, a new cardiologist asked how long I wanted to be around. Said I needed to lose 60 if I wanted to make 80. That was the kick. Iโve lost 45, & kept it off, by changing how I ate & conquering the sugar addiction. You can too, great start! Good luck!

Not much different from the mid-1800s in my home town where Protestant churches on Sunday am set out candies in their doorway to entice poor Irish kids on their way to Mass to go there instead.
