2/2 I used the same herbs and spices in most things and yet we still hit 53 plant species spanning 24 families. Also a bonus 3 funghi, 1 brown algae (carageenan) and there's likely many more I missed in processed foods we ate. It was fully #plantbased, so no animal species representation.
