House prices going up is not good for an economy, even if it makes some people feel wealthier.

More spent on housing means less spent on more productive activities in an economy.

I use the paid version, and it seems to dynamically pick the best model for each query, and does proper source-based research with sources readily visible.

I don't use Google anymore. At all.

Even for simple searches, I use Perplexity. Paid for it.

I get more relevant results, without the wall of irrelevant ads. Just click through to the source that looks best.

I for one, can't wait for our AI overlord doctors.
