IV ketamine therapy for treatment resistant MDD is what really works but insurance won’t cover it so I get the nasal spray version, been at this over a year now, I don’t feel any effects from it anymore. Once a week and I still just get tolerance to it like every other drug.

(No lie. Picked up a '99 Volvo V70R when the kid hit driving age. It's a tank AND the thing can do 130MPH [don't ask me how I know that]. 10 years on, still runs and drives great, needs the ebrake done and some new tires tho. Looking for a Volvo nerd who'll love it for being the last of it's kind.)
