But it’s young women who most benefit from estradiol and progesterone—and ovulation is the only way to make them.
When laparoscopic examination is performed on women with severe pelvic pain, 45% have #endometriosis lesions.
When it's performed on women with NO pain, 44% do.
Statisticians, what does that suggest? 🤔
✨ Regular ovulation is how women make the hormones estradiol and progesterone—important for overall health, not just reproduction.
❌ By suppressing ovulation, most hormonal birth control switches off estradiol and progesterone—and does NOT replace them.

After decades of dismissing it, experts now agree: body-identical progesterone is safer than progestins.
The evidence was always there.
Pelvic pain is real. The role that #endometriosis lesions may (or may not) play in that pain is debatable.
