part of it is just that the generic name they chose for the mechanic is parliament but surely get that any monarchy has like, some group advising and influencing it

ppl complaining about every country in eu5 having a parliament feels silly to me
like mechanically it's to represent the interests of the groups involved in government and giving them a means of influencing it, which any nation has
